Returns & Refunds
If you purchased, QuaMist® through this website, and it doesn't fit in your tap or it simply doesn't work out for you, yes, we will absolutely take it back.
We process full refund of your QuaMist® if you ship it back to us within 30 days from date of shipment.
But we will first request you to email a photo of your tap which is incompatible with QuaMist® to firstname.lastname@example.org. Sometimes a simple troubleshooting can easily fix the issue.

Ensure that your original order number is written on the shipment so we can pull up your order.
3. Refund processing can take up to 14 days from the time we receive your return. You will receive a refund for your QuaMist® directly to the mode of original payment.
